Chris Zermit, Head Chef at the Queens Head, prefers to use locally sourced ingredients whenever possible and all food is prepared to order. Fresh fish from the daily catch from Rye, Hastings and Folkestone features regularly on the menu, and top grade meat is supplied by local butchers and game specialists. Everything is freshly home cooked and none of the dishes are heated from frozen.
